我心里不停的回味着这么一些话：你就像是井底的小蛙，刚刚跳上井口，你越跳，越会发现世界还有那么大。好在来到咱们广播局，就等于给你明确了方向，有了目标才知道应该往哪里用劲嘛！这就是我调到编播部之前，局长语重心长的对我说的一番话。我怔了一怔，那颗漫天飞舞的心突然之间就好像安顿了下来，我想，原来这里就是我的新家，这里就是我的方向，除了勤奋努力，还有什么能让我的年华盛开呢。
我蹦蹦跳跳地来到编播部工作，才真正知道了什么叫做万事开头难。学校的生活让我习惯了循序渐进和按部就班，所以从中文专业跨越到播音主持，我感到这犹如从一座楼顶跳到另一座楼顶一样困难。不过这也没什么，楼虽然高，但是我可以从一楼开始使劲爬呀。于是对于刚开始那些读十几遍也读不好的话，我一点也不看在眼里，楼能有多高啊，还不是人盖的！要是底气不足，我就大声读；句子断不好，我把稿子读上几十遍，慢慢揣摩，细细品味。那些学生时代总是吓得我跑医院的小病小灾也第一次被我抛在了脑后。
不过，效率不光是来自于努力，更需要的是方法和指导。在我奋力挣扎在爬楼的过程中，总是看不到光明的时候，黑暗里一双双热情的手让我看到了楼顶。那是部里的同事们，他们对我像亲妹子一样，从纠正平翘舍开始，练习换气、断句，耐心的教我如何掌握播音技巧，一遍一遍的试音、播音。杨龙原来半小时就能完成工作，可是为了帮我及早进入状态，他总是放下自己手中的活陪我一整天的录音。而第一次播音之前，李梅老师在白忙中还特意把新闻稿一遍遍的读给我听，告诉我怎样克服自身缺点，怎样把这篇新闻稿读得最好。

he went home and from then on, he went to that store every day and bought a cd, and she wrapped it for him. he took the cd home and put it in his closet. he was still too shy to ask her out and he really wanted to but he couldn't. his mother found out about this and told him to just ask her. so the next day, he took all his courage and went to the store as usual. he bought a cd like he did every day and once again she went to the back of the store and came back with it wrapped. he took it and when she wasn't looking, he left his phone number on the desk and ran out…
one day the phone rang, and the mother picked it up and said, “hello?”
it was the girl! the mother started to cry and said, “you don?'t know? he passed away yesterday…”
the line was quiet except for the cries of the boy's mother. later in the day, the mother went into the boy?'s room because she wanted to remember him. she thought she would start by looking at his clothes. so she opened the closet.

20xx年12月13日的那天，一位叫刘易的年轻大夫悄悄地走了。他的离去牵动了数千人的心。凛冽的寒风中，为他送葬的群众排成了长龙。人们簇拥在密密麻麻的花圈与挽联中，大声呼喊着他的名字，情不自禁地流下了悲痛的泪水。

他苦了自己，并没有苦病人，苦职工，苦医院。办公室的桌椅上有他刷过的油漆，注射室的墙上挂着他用荣誉换来的挂钟，值班室的炉膛里燃烧过他亲手劈好的柴禾，贯屯乡的田间地头、村边路口、深沟圪梁到处留下了他匆匆来去的脚步。凭着一股子干劲，在短短的两年时间里，他把一个濒临瘫痪的基层医院搞得红红火火，年住院病人达2800多！
他走了，走得是那样地匆忙！他用自己的生命和热血写下了一个沉甸甸的“爱”字！
说到这里，也许有人会想：刘易是先进人物，在我们身边你能看到像他那样有爱心讲奉献的人吗？那就请你到我们的医院里去看一看吧。
两年前的一个夜晚，口腔科的病房里来了一位急诊病人，由于头面部多处骨折引发失血性休克。值班护士张转莲不敢大意，立刻与值班医生一起展开了紧张的抢救工作。当她看到病人浑身沾满了鲜血和尘土，胸部堆积着大量的呕吐物，赶紧跑回值班室，找来毛巾和水，仔细地为他清理掉污垢，并且还清洗了脸、手、脚及伤口以外的皮肤。
病人情况好转后，利用打针发药、铺床消毒的时间，她经常嘘寒问暖，与病人亲切交谈，尽量满足他提出的一切要求。在没有陪人的情况下，这位年仅21岁的年轻女孩主动搀扶着男病人送他上卫生间。

在妇产科的病房里，我不止一次地看见，我们的医护人员用纤细的手臂支撑着病人沉重的身体，小心翼翼地从手术床挪到病房的床上，并且还伸出洁净的双手主动为产妇清理产后的血污。这些东西，历来被人们认为最肮脏最晦气，别人惟恐沾上。她们为什么能够做到这些在常人眼里超乎寻常的举动？我想，不仅仅是出于医护人员救死扶伤的天职和爱岗敬业的精神，还有至诚至善的心灵！
对于商家,顾客就是上帝；对于医院,病人就是我们的衣食父母。尤其在这个市场经济的时代,面对众多的竞争对手,解决病人的困难,赢得病人的信任,是我们医院生存发展的必由之路。因此，作为医务工作者，我们必须急患者所急，想患者所想，用我们的爱心、耐心、细心和责任心解除患者的病痛，用无私的奉献支撑起孱弱的生命，重新扬起希望的风帆，让痛苦的脸上绽放出醉人的笑颜，把幸福和快乐播洒到每一个人的心间。
