一、做到了认真备课
不但备学生而且备教材备教法,根据教材内容及学生的实际,针对各年级教学目标的不同:在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力,还让学生模仿教材说英语,培养学生的语音语调;五年级是在保持兴趣的基础上学习新知识,加大听写单词的力度。认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具,课后及时对该课做出总结,写好教学后记,并认真搜集每课的知识要点,归纳成集。
二、提高课堂教学技能
增强上课技能,提高教学质量,使讲解清晰化、条理化、准确化、情感化、生动化,做到线索清晰,层次分明,言简意赅,深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主作用,基本做到了让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快;注意精讲精练,同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力,以旧引新,活动的设计体现梯度和层次让每一位学生在感知、实践、参与、合作中实现任务的目标,体验到成功的喜悦,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。
三、虚心学习,取长补短
在教学上,有疑必问。通过参加校、区市组织的各种互评听评活动,取长补短,不断充实自己的教育教学理论水平,提高教学能力。
四、认真批改作业
布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性,有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结,进行评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。
五、坚持用英语组织课堂教学
目前,由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所,教师更应该注重传达知识和信息的形式,为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。我在运用英语进行教学时较能注意所用英语语言的可接受性、简明性、阶段性和实用性。具体做法是:
1、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同,我注意不断适量增加新用语,逐步扩大用语量,使学生保持兴趣,经历挑战,从而日积月累,在不知不觉中得到提高。
2、用英语授课。不管上对话课还是课文课,我都坚持使用英语。尽量采用学生学过的词汇,但难免有不少学生不懂的词汇,如在用英语介绍课文背景知识时,这时辅之于实物、挂图、简笔画、表情、手势、表演等,或者借助板书形式加以说明。总之,注意所用的语言略高于学生现有水平。
3、力求自己的语音、语调、语言规范和准确,并根据不同年级的学生我就调整语速的快慢。
4、努力创造和设计英语语言情景。把课堂当作培养和锻炼学生语言运用能力的场所,鼓励学生多讲英语。在英语课上,除组织六年级学生开展课文表演、课文复述等活动外,还经常根据所教内容,呈现与学生学习和生活相关的用语。并经常启发和组织六年级学生用英语简单讨论一些他们感兴趣的或大家都共同关注的话题,既活跃了课堂气氛,提高了他们的听说能力,又深化了教材内容。
经过一个学期的努力,期末考试就是一种考验,我明白重要的是在下个学期如何自我提高,如何共同提高所教年级的英语水平。因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问、多想、多学习,争取进步。
